Don's is a continental deli and all-day bistro in Chatswood Chase. Mornings start with coffee and sandwiches made to order on Italian bread baked fresh every day. The deli counter slices cured meats and cheeses from open to close, and the shelves carry imported pantry goods and wine to take home. From five the lights go down, and the bar pours wine and cocktails to go with charcuterie and small plates, inside or out on the balcony.
